Washoe County K9 Partners is involved in several events throughout the year. When we have an event planned that we are hosting or are just supporting with our presence, we will post the information under the appropriate title in the Events drop down bar.

Barks and Badges at Bartley!
At this time, Barks and Badges, the public event at Bartley Ranch, which is produced in conjunction with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Department’s K9 Unit, is on hold due to the restrictions of the Covid-19 virus. Please check back for updates.
When we are able to produce the event, it will be an exciting day of demonstrations of how our K9s do their job and what equipment our Sheriff’s Office uses to help protect all the citizens of Washoe County. We’ll also have displays and other first responders on site to help you and your family discover how they can help in an emergency. We’ll also have food vendors on site, so it can be a great outing for the whole family!
To give you an idea of the activities, here’s some photos from the 2019 Barks and Badges event. We greatly appreciate everyone who came out for it and supported our Sheriff’s Department.
