To mutually enter into a short-term agreement to display, promote, and sell the vendor

Product(s) at the Barks and Badges Washoe County K9 Partners event, May 31, 2025.  This is an outdoor event.  Vendor/Food Truck must supply their own canopy, table(s) and chairs.  There is no internet or electricity available.  Vendor Space is approximately 10’ wide and 20’ deep.  Set up will start at 08:00 am and must be clear of the lane by 09:30 am, May 31, 2025. Vendor must be set up and ready to operate by 10:00 am.   Event closure and breakdown is 02:00 pm.

I, __________________________________, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Washoe County and the County Park system including covid restrictions in place at the time of the event.  If applicable, Vendor is responsible for their own liability insurance and for sales tax reporting for the event, forms will be distributed the morning of the event.  Vendor is responsible to turn in tax forms to “Washoe County K9 Partners Booth” before end of event.

Please send application in ASAP as approval must be received, if applicable, from Washoe County Business License, Washoe County Health, Truckee Meadows Fire and Nevada Department of Taxation.
